Our Policies

Conduct:

We have a zero tolerance policy for verbal abuse, bullying, or harassment. We understand that emotions may be high when dealing with sick or injured pets. We ask that you treat our team with respect. Those that do not abide by this policy will be required to seek services elsewhere.

Payments:

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, credit, debit, and Care credit. Personal checks are allowed from established clients.

Cancellations:

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule of appointments and 48 hours for surgeries. This allows us time to schedule another patient in need. Cancellations without proper notice will result in a late cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations will result in dismissal from the clinic.
